We are recruiting: we are hiring a window glazier in Hopkins County, Texas. You will be based in the profile cutting and welding bay. Ideal candidate: • Able to work to deadlines in a busy workshop • An eye for finish — no scratches, clean welds, flush beads • Able to read cutting lists and fabrication drawings On a typical shift you will check the frame for square by measuring the diagonals; fit fly screens, sills and trickle vents; read the cutting list and optimisation sheet and label each profile; rout lock and hardware pockets with the copy router; clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash. 1+ years on the tools preferred.
