We are recruiting: we are hiring a steel erection rigger in Union County, New Jersey. Requirements: • Proven experience as a rigger on construction or industrial sites • Sound knowledge of working load limits and sling angles The role involves: • Take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings • Direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio • Rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position • Calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
