Bread baker wanted in Bourbon County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a bread baker in Bourbon County, Kentucky. You will be based in a hotel pastry kitchen. Requirements: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Basic cake decorating and piping skills The role involves monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls.
