Great opportunity: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Madison County, Idaho. The job is in a hotel kitchen. On a typical shift you will sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature. You should have: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
