Great opportunity: we are hiring a dough maker in Scotts Bluff County, Nebraska. What we are looking for: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • 2+ years' experience as a baker You will monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them.
