Great opportunity: elevator technician (North Dakota)

Immediate opening: we are hiring an elevator technician in Logan County, North Dakota. Day-to-day duties: • Set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear • Wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches • Replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays • Rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables • Mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators You should have: • Valid driving licence for site call-outs • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways • Physically fit to lift heavy components and crawl in tight spaces Rotating shifts.
