On the job you will handle: • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency You should have: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat 6+ years on the tools preferred.
