Crawler crane operator — Wilcox County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a crawler crane operator in Wilcox County, Alabama. You will be based at a container port and shipping yard. Day-to-day duties: • Rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams • Keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL) • Work out the load weight and the lifting radius • Park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift What we are looking for: • Proven experience on mobile, tower or overhead cranes • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) Full-time, day shift.
