Urgent requirement: we are hiring an elevator service technician in Wilkinson County, Mississippi. On the job you will handle: • Top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts • Test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake • Mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators • Fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork • Replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays • Fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments Ideal candidate: • Good head for heights for pit and car-top work • 2+ years on lift installation and maintenance • Valid driving licence for site call-outs $4,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
