Die-casting operator wanted in Loudon County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a die-casting operator in Loudon County, Tennessee. You should have: • Comfortable working close to furnaces and molten metal • Keen eye for casting defects during inspection • Physically fit to lift heavy moulding boxes and castings Your main tasks: • Maintain crucibles, ladles and furnace linings • Shot-blast castings to clean off burnt sand and scale • Apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity • Skim slag and dross off the melt before tapping and pouring • Check melt temperature with a pyrometer before pouring On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
