Vacancy available: we are hiring an external wall insulation fitter in Jackson County, South Dakota. The job is at a cold storage facility. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit, able to lift and carry boards and rolls • Able to read construction drawings and specifications • Willing to travel between sites Day-to-day duties: • Wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding • Seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant • Measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings • Fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors • Install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
