Machine setter-operator — Baca County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a machine setter-operator in Baca County, Colorado. Day-to-day duties: • Record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet • Set up and start the machine as per the job card • Carry out daily clean-down and 5S of the work station • Measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges • Key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature What we are looking for: • 1-2 years' experience operating production machinery • Basic record-keeping and part-counting skills • Knowledge of lockout-tagout and machine safety 2+ years on the tools preferred.
