You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics The role involves: • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
