You should have: • Able to read single-line and wiring diagrams • Sound knowledge of IS wiring and earthing standards • 2+ years hands-on wiring and maintenance experience Day-to-day duties: • Install and connect MCBs, RCBOs and isolators in the DB • Size and route cabling to suit the load current and voltage drop • Crimp lugs and terminate armoured cable glands • Carry out preventive maintenance on switchgear and busbars • Check earth continuity and earth pit resistance Rotating shifts.
