Surface coating operator wanted in Rockland County

Join our team: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Rockland County, New York. The role involves degrease and clean metal parts before coating; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse. Ideal candidate: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes Rotating shifts.
