We are recruiting: we are hiring a press setter operator in Alleghany County, Virginia. On the job you will handle: • Fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting • Check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges • Watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts • Record output and downtime on the production sheet What we are looking for: • Basic understanding of metal grades and thicknesses • Familiar with die setting and quick tool changes • Able to read engineering drawings and job cards Full-time with occasional weekends.
