Now hiring: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Woodford County, Illinois. You will work on an industrial coating line. Your main tasks: • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness You should have: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
