Immediate opening: we are hiring a toolroom milling operator in Perry County, Tennessee. Your main tasks: • Set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter • Load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control • Measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges • Set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe • Carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance Requirements: • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T 6+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Overtime paid at a premium rate. $5,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
