Vacancy available: we are hiring a rebar fixer in Nelson County, North Dakota. Requirements: • Confident tying with a tie hook and handling binding wire • Proven experience as a steel fixer on building or civil sites Day-to-day duties: • Check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour • Fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings • Assemble column and beam cages on the bench • Tie bar intersections with binding wire using a tie hook or pliers • Lap and splice bars to the specified lap length Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
