D6/D8 dozer operator — Saguache County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a D6/D8 dozer operator in Saguache County, Colorado. The job is at an open-cast mine. Your main tasks: • Backfill trenches and foundations once services are laid • Operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site • Rip hard ground and rock using the rear ripper shank • Maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear Requirements: • Physically fit for climbing on and off the machine • Knowledge of daily greasing and pre-start inspections • Proven experience operating crawler dozers (D6 to D8 class) Rotating shifts.
