You should have: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers The role involves portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled. 5+ years on the tools preferred.
