Urgent requirement: halal butcher (Mississippi)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a halal butcher in Wayne County, Mississippi. You will be based at an abattoir or slaughterhouse. Ideal candidate: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers You will take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; season and marinate meat on request; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain. At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. $2,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
