Bakery assistant — Lewis County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Lewis County, West Virginia. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Day to day you will rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; score the top of loaves before baking. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
