Immediate opening: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Barrow County, Georgia. The job is at an automobile body shop. The role involves set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator; strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc; clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead; weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions; check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration. Requirements: • Comfortable welding mild steel, stainless and aluminium • ITI in welder trade or equivalent Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. $220 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
