Now hiring: we are hiring a lift mechanic in Perry County, Arkansas. On the job you will handle: • Fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments • Measure rope tension and check for broken strands • Run load and overload tests with test weights • Wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches • Respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers • Fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork What we are looking for: • Ability to read electrical and wiring schematics • 2+ years on lift installation and maintenance • Willing to join the on-call/emergency breakdown rota At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. $150 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
