Now hiring: we are hiring a backhoe loader operator in Parker County, Texas. The job is at a plant hire yard. On the job you will handle: • Carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension • Grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift • Stockpile and spread material to the required levels • Excavate trenches and foundations to the marked depths and grade levels • Level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines Requirements: • Able to read levels, pegs and basic site drawings • Able to operate excavator, loader and dozer confidently Full-time with occasional weekends.
