Immediate opening: rough terrain crane operator (Texas)

Join our team: we are hiring a rough terrain crane operator in Dimmit County, Texas. You will work in a steel fabrication workshop. What we are looking for: • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) • Able to read load charts and lifting plans • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination You will work out the load weight and the lifting radius; fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure; rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams; keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL); keep a safe distance from overhead power lines. At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
