Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coater in Clinton County, Pennsylvania. The job is at a fabrication and coating plant. Requirements: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth On the job you will handle: • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time Full-time with occasional weekends.
