Ideal candidate: • Confident with hand and power tools such as saws, routers and planers • Sound knowledge of timber types, grades and fixings • Accurate to fine tolerances on finish work On a typical shift you will fix studwork and plasterboard partitions; cut sheet material and timber with a circular saw, jigsaw and table saw; assemble bespoke and flat-pack kitchen units and fit worktops; finish surfaces with varnish, wax, lacquer or wood stain; glue, clamp, screw and dowel joints together.
