Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of both pitched and flat roofing systems • Working-at-height or scaffold safety certificate • A good head for heights and steady balance On the job you will handle: • Nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses • Carry out leak inspections and patch repairs • Set out battens to the correct gauge and spacing • Install metal flashing around chimneys and skylights 2+ years on the tools preferred. $4,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
