Great opportunity: we are hiring a JCB operator in Washington County, Nebraska. You will be based on a pipeline and trenching crew. Ideal candidate: • Able to read drawings, setting-out pegs and level pegs • Sound understanding of daily maintenance and greasing Day to day you will dig foundation trenches and footings to the marked depths and levels; carry out daily greasing and check hydraulic oil, coolant and fuel levels; lift and place pipes, manholes and precast sections with the bucket and chains; work to laser, GPS or 2D/3D machine-control guidance; strip and stockpile topsoil ready for reuse; swap buckets and attachments — rock breaker, grab, ripper, auger. Pay around $3,000 per month, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time, day shift. Share your details and we will call you back.
