Baker — Cass County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a baker in Cass County, Iowa. You will be based at a café with an on-site bakery. The role involves: • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel What we are looking for: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • 2+ years' experience as a baker 4+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $27 per hour, based on your experience. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
