Great opportunity: we are hiring a punch press operator in Ikot Abasi, Akwa Ibom State. The job is at an auto components factory. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout • Familiar with die setting and quick tool changes Day-to-day duties: • Check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges • Run the press using two-hand controls and foot pedal safely • Feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts • Deburr and stack finished components for the next operation • Carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
