Crane operator • Washington County, Idaho

We are recruiting: we are hiring a crane operator in Washington County, Idaho. Your main tasks: • Park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift • Hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control • Help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone • Grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands • Follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger • Work out the load weight and the lifting radius Requirements: • A good head for heights for tower crane work • Understanding of hand and radio signals • Current medical and eyesight certificate Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
