Immediate opening: we are hiring an overlocker operator in Rutherford County, North Carolina. Your main tasks: • Press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges • Trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go • Meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality • Match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching • Stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance • Clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift Requirements: • Able to read a spec sheet and follow a sewing operation breakdown • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Pay around $3,900 per month, based on your experience. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
