Vertical transportation technician wanted in Grant County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a vertical transportation technician in Grant County, Minnesota. The job is on a high-rise construction site. The role involves: • Carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes • Fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork • Top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts • Adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy • Wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches • Install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway What we are looking for: • Sound electrical competence in three-phase and low-voltage wiring • Valid driving licence for site call-outs At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
