We are recruiting: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Brooks County, Georgia. You will be based at a cloud kitchen. Day to day you will sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method. You should have: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure Six days a week, one day off.
