We are recruiting: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Pemiscot County, Missouri. The job is in a catering banquet kitchen. You should have: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Day-to-day duties: • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces 5+ years on the tools preferred.
