Marble worker • Stoke-on-Trent, England

Vacancy available: we are hiring a marble worker in Stoke-on-Trent, England. Day-to-day duties: • Polish stone surfaces to a high gloss using diamond pads and polishing compound • Grout the joints and wipe off the excess before it sets • Seal natural stone against staining with impregnating sealers • Lay marble tiles and slabs on floors, stairs and walls with adhesive mortar • Shape edges, bullnoses and bevels with an angle grinder and profiling wheels Requirements: • 2+ years' experience working with marble, granite and natural stone • Good eye for joints, levels and overall finish Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
