Day-to-day duties: • Backfill and ram down soil around the foundations • Dig foundation trenches and pits with pick and shovel • Erect and dismantle scaffolding and pass materials up • Hand tools and materials up to workers on the upper floors Ideal candidate: • Able to lift and carry heavy loads such as 50 kg cement bags all day • Basic knowledge of hand tools like shovel, trowel and breaker Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
