Trailer driver — Clay County

Join our team: we are hiring a trailer driver in Clay County, Indiana. Day to day you will couple and uncouple the trailer and check the fifth-wheel lock; check load weight and axle distribution against permitted limits; reverse and carry out blind-side manoeuvres at loading bays; plan routes and rest stops in line with driving-hours rules. What we are looking for: • Confident with manual handling and load securing • Clean driving record with no recent endorsements • Good knowledge of driving-hours and tachograph rules Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
