Cake decorator — McCulloch County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a cake decorator in McCulloch County, Texas. What we are looking for: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks You will weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
