Immediate opening: system formwork carpenter (Texas)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a system formwork carpenter in Winkler County, Texas. Day to day you will fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints; de-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse; set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking; read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters; erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb; brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour. Ideal candidate: • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing • Confident working at height on scaffold and decking 6+ years on the tools preferred. $4,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
