Panel welder — Koko-Besse

Great opportunity: we are hiring a panel welder in Koko-Besse, Kebbi State. You will work in a heavy engineering unit. Your main tasks: • Weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions • Check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration • Maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose • Read fabrication drawings and weld symbols • Set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator • Clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead Ideal candidate: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • ITI in welder trade or equivalent • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
