The role involves: • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain Requirements: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • 2+ years experience working as a butcher A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
