Great opportunity: we are hiring a waiter in Henry County, Ohio. Day to day you will take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; clear and reset tables between covers; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; greet guests, seat them and present the menu; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery. You should have: • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change $17 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
