On a typical shift you will sort failed deliveries and arrange a re-attempt or return to the hub; refuel the bike and log fuel expenses against each run; collect cash-on-delivery (COD) payments and reconcile the float at shift end; capture proof of delivery with a customer signature or photo on the handset; collect parcels and documents from the despatch hub at the start of each shift; update the delivery status (picked up, on the way, delivered) on the app in real time.
