Horizontal milling machine operator wanted in Rush County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a horizontal milling machine operator in Rush County, Kansas. On a typical shift you will mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square; set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter; set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe; apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed; measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges. Requirements: • Willing to work rotating shifts and night shift • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges Pay around $3,600 per month, based on your experience.
