Immediate opening: we are hiring a bread baker in Marion County, Texas. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics You will boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; score the top of loaves before baking; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer.
