Surface coating operator wanted in Yellow Medicine County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Yellow Medicine County, Minnesota. You will be based at an automotive components factory. Ideal candidate: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens The role involves degrease and clean metal parts before coating; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. $5,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
